Terms of Service (TOS) PART #2
User Account
Your Account, including any information pertaining to it (e.g.: contact information, Account status, Account history and Subscriptions, etc.), is strictly personal. You may therefore not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, transfer your Account, nor may you re-sell, exchange your account or transfer ownership to another individual. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system that your account is hardware linked to. We are not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on HackProvider.com that results from use of your login name and password by you, by any person to whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision. HackProvider.com is not responsible for the use of your Account by a person who fraudulently used your login and password without your permission.
Your user account on HackProvider.com which grants you access to HackProvider.com services should only be accessed by you and you only; We don't allow sharing of accounts between individuals if our system detects any user sharing accounts, the account being shared will be locked/banned and access will be denied indefinitely to the software loader. Once you have purchased a subscription you will be granted the ability to register a device to link with your account (authorize), this device and this device ONLY will be allowed to use the service. Your account can de-authorizations but 4h will be taken off your subscription.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription service from our website, the subscription will start when we confirm your payment and stop at the end of the purchased period; We do not freeze subscriptions. If you have purchased an ongoing subscription which renews at the end of every month you may cancel this through our store page so you are not billed the next month. Subscriptions may grant a limited non-exclusive license to use software that is only accessible to users of a specific user group, however this access may be subject to termination, maintenance downtime or discontinuation. In which case compensation will be offered. The downtime hours will be added back to your subscription.
Payments and Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase provided that you have not linked your device with the subscription key you have purchased. Since our services provide electronic, virtual intangible goods we do not offer refunds. You will not receive any refund for partial or non-usage of the services provided, please make sure the subscription you are going to purchase is right for you. After logging into our software distributor and accessing our private, paid user-group forums, you will have received the full value of your subscription and will no longer be eligible for any refunds.
Unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, attempts to ‘charged back’ or deny payments to your account will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.
Assumption of Risk - Anti-Cheat Software
Some products or services offered by HackProvider.com may be intended for use on video game software protected by anti-cheat technologies. Some products or services may additionally offer support for such anti-cheat technologies. Support for anti-cheat technologies does not necessarily guarantee that any HackProvider.com product or service will be undetected on that particular anti-cheat.HackProvider.com is is not responsible for any damages incurred from using any HackProvider.com product or service on a product that is protected by any anti-cheat technology. Disputes or payment reversals are not permitted in the event that a HackProvider.com product or service is detected by an anti-cheat technology.
6.Third Party Acknowledgements. Portions of the application may utilize or include third party software and other copyrighted material. Acknowledgements, licensing terms and disclaimers for such material are contained in the electronic documentation for the application, and your use of such material is governed by their respective terms.
